                           RESOLUTION NO.    21233  
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH DOWNS ENGINEERING, INC. RELATIVE
                 TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION
                 SERVICES ON THE HIGHLAND PARK SEWER REPLACEMENT
                 PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. SR-1-96, FOR AN AMOUNT
                 NOT TO EXCEED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND, FOUR
                 HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($94,421.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Downs Engineering, Inc. relative 
to
       construction management and inspection services on the Highland
       Park Sewer Replacement Project, Contract No. SR-1-96, for an
       amount not to exceed $94,421.00.
